Included and one-time credits

Credits are consumed as you use features that query SEO and AI data providers. Every plan includes a monthly allowance that resets each billing cycle, and quotas such as rank points and AI prompts are counted separately.

Customers with an active paid plan can add a fixed credit pack as needed. Each purchase is valid for 365 days, remains usable for features available on the current plan after the paid plan ends, and is spent after subscription credits.

FAQ

What if I use all my included credits?: You'll never have unexpected costs or bills. If you use all your credits, you'll see errors when you try to do tasks. Customers with an active paid plan can purchase one-time credits.
Can I add more seats?: No. Every plan ships a fixed number of seats that cannot be extended, and each seat accounts for $5 of the plan price. If you need more seats, move up a tier — seat count is one of the things that separates the plans.
What features use credits?: Credits are consumed by features that query APIs, agents, MCP tools, and other data sources, including backlinks, keyword volume, competitor data, and site audits. Your projects, settings, and any data already fetched don't cost credits.
Do unused credits roll over?: Each one-time credit purchase remains available for 365 days from purchase, and its validity continues after the plan ends. Usage Credits included with your subscription reset each billing cycle.
Do I need a subscription or just one-time credits?: Subscription plans include seats and recurring usage credits. Customers with an active paid plan can add one-time credits; after the plan ends, purchased credits remain usable for features available on Free.
