We may collect browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, features used, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, logs, and diagnostic data.

Product and project data

When you use the Service, you may submit domains, keywords, URLs, prompts, reports, project names, saved searches, or other data needed to provide AIHerf features. We use this data to operate the Service, generate results, maintain history, troubleshoot issues, and improve product quality.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies where needed to authenticate users, maintain secure sessions, remember preferences, prevent abuse, and operate the Service.

Optional PostHog product analytics and masked session replay remain off unless you explicitly enable them in the app. The app records this choice locally and on your account. A missing or declined choice keeps optional analytics disabled. Sensitive form inputs are masked when replay is enabled.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, secure, and maintain the Service.
  • Create and manage accounts, organizations, sessions, and permissions.
  • Process subscriptions, billing, and payments.
  • Generate reports, searches, audits, and other requested outputs.
  • Respond to support requests and communicate with users.

  • Improve performance, reliability, usability, and product quality.

We do not sell personal information.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, and support legitimate business purposes.

The app provides account export and deletion controls. Account deletion requires email confirmation and may require you to transfer workspace ownership or resolve an active subscription first. After confirmed deletion, we remove the local account and eligible workspace data.

We may retain limited records where required or permitted by law, including subscription, payment, refund, dispute, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and provider audit identifiers. These retained financial records are separated from deleted workspace content and are not used to restore product access. Backup copies may remain until their normal rotation completes.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure. Use a strong password, protect your credentials, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your Choices and Rights

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through their unsubscribe link or by contacting ceo@aiherf.com. We may still send transactional or administrative messages.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict certain personal information. Contact ceo@aiherf.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

International Users
