Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and usage credits purchased for AIHerf.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel through the billing controls in the app. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Unless checkout states otherwise, access continues through the end of the paid billing period.

Refund Eligibility

Payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by applicable law. We review requests involving duplicate or incorrect charges, or a purchase that could not be made available due to an error on our side.

Contact ceo@aiherf.com within 14 days of the charge with the account email, charge date, and reason. Do not send card numbers or full payment credentials.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Approved refunds return through the original payment method and may take additional time to appear.

Usage Credits

Unused subscription credits have no cash value and reset according to the plan terms shown at purchase.

One-time usage credit purchases are generally non-refundable once purchased. Exceptions may apply where required by law or when a purchase was duplicated, recorded incorrectly, or not delivered because of an error on our side. Once any portion of a one-time credit purchase has been used, we do not provide a prorated refund for the remaining portion, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Canceling, downgrading, suspending, or ending a subscription does not delete, refund, pause, or extend the validity of remaining one-time usage credits. Unexpired credits remain subject to their original 365-day validity period and the feature permissions of the workspace's current plan.

Plan Changes

Upgrades, downgrades, prorations, and renewal timing are shown before confirmation. A downgrade normally follows the displayed billing terms and does not create a retroactive refund.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer or refund rights provided by applicable law.
